Rattan is a natural climbing vine prized for its strength, density, and flexibility. Unlike hollow bamboo, rattan has a solid core, making it exceptionally durable for furniture. Wicker refers to the weaving technique, not the material, so our Belgian Pearls pieces are rattan woven in wicker patterns.
Rattan is durable but naturally porous. We recommend placing furniture in covered outdoor spaces to protect from direct rain and prolonged sun exposure. However, over time, rattan develops a natural patina, which enhances its character. Dust with a soft cloth and wipe gently with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Each piece is finished in natural tones that highlight rattan’s organic character. Variations occur because rattan is a natural material—it develops a warm patina with age and use. Belgian Pearls offers refined shades ranging from soft honey to deep espresso. Exact tones may vary slightly, ensuring every piece is one of a kind.
Yes. We offer custom cushion covers in COM fabrics and select customization on finishes depending on availability. Please inquire with our team to confirm options and receive a quote.
Cushions are sold separately. We offer inserts in two options:
- Outdoor-friendly poly fill (resilient and weather-resistant)
- Down-feather blend (luxurious indoor comfort)
All inserts are designed for our signature black and white ticking covers, which can be purchased separately. Clients may also provide COM (Customer’s Own Material) for custom cushion covers—please contact us for a quote.
Trade professionals (designers, architects, hospitality groups) can register to unlock exclusive trade pricing. Once approved, your account will display trade rates when logged in. You’ll also receive access to tiered benefits including early previews, custom quotes, and concierge-level support.
Yes. Realm Outdoor is now open to retail clients. Retail prices are displayed online. For custom needs such as COM cushions or specialty delivery, please contact us directly.
Yes. We ship across the U.S. and Canada. For U.S. retail clients, delivery is curbside as standard. White-glove delivery and installation are available for VIP trade partners and select retail clients by request.
Lead times vary depending on inventory. In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 weeks. Made-to-order or custom items vary. You’ll receive an estimated delivery timeline when placing your order or confirming your quote.
